Creating new account

Hi,

I am trying to set up a second company account, but can’t seem to find instructions anywhere. This would be a company with a new email and new domain.

Hey @LukasHerren

You should be able to create a new account from this link Get Started With HubSpot's Software and click Get started, and then click on create an account with a new user.

Hi Sharon,

I am trying to add a second account to my login - I follow your steps but when I have added the requested info I get this email, any ideas?

Hi @JDoggg, I was having the same issue as you. I assume you’ve got it sorted now, but just in case, the solution provided above is incorrect. Don’t select “click on create an account with a new user.” Instead select “Continue with this user”, then on the next page select “Create a fresh, new account”.

Cheers @rodmacca I had given up but your advice sorted it. I now can jump back and forth between 2 accounts - exactly what I was looking for. Rock on Rod.
