Hello eveyrone, it’s been almost a month since I have this issue.
When I try to create a new company, I enter the domain but the company name does not automatically been filled out like it used to.
I know that they stopped auto-populate the rest of info for the free tier but the company name was supposed to be auto-populated.
Have you experienced this?
Do you have any tips to solve it?

It sounds like you’re referring to the sunset of HubSpot Insights: Get started with data enrichment
Please note: on March 17, 2025, HubSpot Insights will be sunset. After that date, you won’t be able to access HubSpot Insights. Accounts created after September 18th, 2024 don’t have any access to HubSpot Insights. To populate company information moving forward, learn more about migrating to Breeze Intelligence data enrichment.
Going forward, you would have to use the linked Breeze Intelligence features, if you’re looking for a native solution.
In the ecosystem, some tools have come up trying to fill the gap (neither tested nor endorsed by me), for example https://accountscout.app/

What’s happening?
HubSpot Insights is a database of information that automatically populates company properties based on company domain name. When we end support for the HubSpot Insights functionality on March 17, 2025:
Existing HubSpot Insights data in your account will stay, but won’t be updated.
Company names will continue to automatically populate based on company domains.
New company records will no longer be automatically enriched for free.
The Intelligence tab on individual company records will continue to offer the same insights and more. You can manually enter data from this tab when creating new company records.
Action requested:
As a result of this change, lists, workflows, lead scoring, or lead routing that rely on automatically enriched HubSpot Insights data (e.g., annual revenue, industry, location) may be inaccurate or no longer work as expected.
You may choose to pause or change any active lists or automations that use company properties that are populated by HubSpot Insights.
To continue leveraging automatic enrichment data, you can upgrade to HubSpot’s new AI-powered solution, Breeze Intelligence (BETA). Breeze Intelligence is available through a credit-based system and provides more accurate and additional contact and company information, buyer intent data, and form shortening. Please note, in order to purchase Breeze Intelligence credits, you must have a subscription to a paid Hub. I am on the paid tier.

Being on any paid subscription doesn’t give you automatic access to Breeze Intelligence. It gives you the ability to purchase Breeze Intelligence credits.

However, according to their email the name of the company would continue being auto-populated when I enter domain but that doesn’t happen. Is there any way I could solve this?
@AManolaki still works for me in a free portal – however it populates after creating the company, not during the creation in the right sidebar. Yes, HubSpot has changed this behavior with the change.
