Could I set up a workflow in HubSpot that sends the RSVP email prompt only to people who haven’t filled in the RSVP form we previously sent, Or something similar?

Yes, that works :slightly_smiling_face: In a contact-based workflow, you would do the following:

  1. Add the send of the first automated email
  2. Add a delay after the email
  3. Add the send the second automated email (reminder)
  4. In the workflow goals, specify the RSVP form submission as a goal: Use goals in contact-based workflows

Contacts will now receive both emails, spaced by a delay of course, unless they meet the workflow goal - which will remove them from the workflow immediately.
