Create workflow that uses custom app activity as trigger

Hi all,

I’ve created a workflow that triggers an inn-app notification whenever a particular custom app activity is created in HubSpot.

I’m trying to automate the creation of this workflow, so that users can enjoy the enhanced experience it provides. However, I’m struggling to re-create it using the Workflows API.

Can someone please advise if this is possible? If it is, perhaps some assistance on how I can achieve this?

Hi, @RM456 :waving_hand: Looking at the current Workflow API documentation, I don’t see a specific example or mention of setting up enrollment conditions via the API that matches what you are describing.

Please note, “This API is currently in maintenance mode; there will not be any updates to the API and many features are not supported. For a list of supported actions, refer to the Supported Actions table.”

Work on the Workflow API update is set for Q4 2023. Until that is released, you may run into situations like this, where there isn’t fidelity with the in-app options.
