We’d like to be able to automatically reassign leads that have not been worked in a given time period and report on the volumes.
We can set all of this up via the workflows apart from creating the new lead (need to close the old one down for reporting and process).
We can’t go from a lead workflow to a contact workflow or create a new lead in a lead workflow which stops this from working.
