When creating a new HubSpot User property, you should get the option to create a new ‘Team’ Property that automatically syncs the teams from user(s) selected.
Eg, ona ticket, we have the ticket owner, who team automatically populates the hubspot team property.
I have added a ‘Additional Supporting Users’ property which is a hubspot user property with the option to pick multiple users.
If this could popluate a new field for additional support teams based on each users team, that would be great.
If anyone knows a workflow that can get around this, that would be great!
