Create a report using Google Search Console data (including queries)

I’m trying to build a report in HubSpot that uses Google Search Console data, specifically including the Query (keyword) dimension.

Ideally, I want to connect customer properties with GSC dimensions such as:

  • Query (search keywords)
  • Date
  • Landing page
  • Clicks
  • Impressions

Does anyone know if these fields are available in HubSpot’s standard Reports, and where I can find or enable them?

Thanks in advance!

Hi @UserLL,

As of now, no, this is not possible. Under Data Studio (Menu > Data Management > Data Studio > Connect external data source), you can request the addition of new data sources:

For now, you’d have to embed your Google Search Console native reports via this feature: Embed external content on a dashboard

Best regards

From what I’ve seen, HubSpot’s native reporting does support some Google Search Console metrics like clicks, impressions, CTR, and average position after connecting the GSC integration. ()

But the limitation is that HubSpot mainly surfaces this data inside the SEO tools, not as fully flexible custom report dimensions tied directly to CRM/customer properties.

The big issue is usually the “Query” dimension. Google Search Console itself supports query/keyword data, landing pages, dates, clicks, and impressions, but HubSpot reporting doesn’t expose all of these dimensions in the custom report builder the same way Looker Studio does. ()

If your goal is to combine:

Customer properties
Search queries
Landing pages
SEO performance metrics

then Looker Studio + GSC (or BigQuery) is usually the better route.

Also make sure the GSC integration is enabled under:
Settings → Integrations → Connected Apps → Google Search Console. ()

I ran into a similar limitation before where keyword/query-level reporting wasn’t available in standard HubSpot reports even though the data existed in GSC itself.
