Hello! I’d like to add a property where I can see the date when a contact was first enrolled in a sequence. This will help our team track our outreach efforts - we can see how many brand new contacts our team is enrolling in sequences over time.
Hey, @KMiller8795 ! You could create a custom Contact property for “First sequence enrolled date” and then have a workflow that updates this property. If you already have a WF set to automatically enroll your first sequence, you could add it on there, OR, create a new sequence of if “Currently in sequence = YES,” stamp date of step. For the latter, you’ll want to be sure that re-enrollment is not on so you’re only capturing the first time they are in a sequence. Hope that helps!
