Demonstration requests made through a form are a key moment in our prospects lifecycle. At the moment we store the data as custom attributes at the contact level.
We’re reaching the limit of that system. We have multi year sales process over 5 products, a contact can ask for numerous demonstration across time, but we only track the last one. Loosing information in the process. To avoid that we are creating a Custom Object.
It totally meet the current need, but what would be amazing would be to be able to define that Custom Object as an Activity and thus allowing for some information about that request to appear in the Activity Timeline.
