Converting regular email to automated

Hello

I am trying to convert some emails that I set up as regular emails to automated.

I searched in the archives for an answer to this, and found this ticket from August 2023, but the solution provided references options that do not appear for me: Actions > Convert to automated email

Has the email tool been updated since this ticket was posted, and there is another way to do this? Or is it to do with my permissions level?

Hi @EChamberlin8,

This has indeed changed a bit with the recent redesign of the email editor. You now find this in the “Send to” tab as a dropdown:
