Content Marketing Process / Micro Agency Work

We’ve been testing a content marketing process whereby local clients pay us to promote them thru 4 channels: social, web, newsletter and print.

It’s been bumpy but I’mm looking to discover if anyone else is exploring this model?

If so, I’d love to connect and share experiences.

Hi! We’ve been exploring a similar content marketing model for local clients using multiple channels. It can be challenging, especially when managing consistency across social, web, newsletters, and print.

I’d love to connect and share experiences. If you’re open, we can jump on a quick call to discuss what’s working and what’s not for both of us.

Let me know if that works for you

Hi OJohnson9! Thanks for your reply. Does tomorrow at 8:45am ET of 11am
work for you? If so, send me a link, or LMK how to send you a google
meeting invite.

Hi! It’s possible that your emails are landing in spam. To check, you can:

Check your sender reputation in HubSpot (SPF, DKIM, DMARC setup).

Use email testing tools to check for spam triggers.

Optimize content by avoiding too many links or images.

Segment your audience to send more relevant emails.

If you’d like, I can help optimize your HubSpot setup to improve open rates.

Let me know!

Hey! We are a Lead Generation + Hubspot Agency. Since we’ve bundled the 2 services, we’ve been uniquely positioned to fix issues sitting at the crux between RevOps and Marketing (like staying out of the spam folder).

This is something I expect we could fix in a week or less, but given the promotional work you’re doing - I there’s an opportunity for a symbiotic partnership. Feel free to check out our website here book 30 minutes to connect here, or check out this 60 second loom video of me outlining our offering.

Cheers,

Colin

We’ve been experimenting with a similar multi-channel content amplification method where local brands invest in visibility across social, website features, curated newsletters, and print placements. It’s definitely a powerful model, but I agree—it comes with operational hiccups, especially in aligning timelines, creative approvals, and consistent storytelling across formats.

If anyone else is running this play, I’d really like to exchange notes and refine best practices. At HikeMyTraffic, we’re currently optimizing automation and AI-led content distribution to make this approach more scalable for SMBs, so happy to compare frameworks, pricing structures, and workflow tools.

Would love to connect and learn how others are managing the cross-channel performance side.

Yes, let’s set-up a call and I’ll show you our trials and tribulations. If
an effective process can be established, the practitioner will be 1 in any
local market…
