I have a use case to get all the historical contact for the particular list, how can I get historical contacts in the list if i have deleted the contact

If I understand you correctly, you can no longer find deleted contacts in the list filters and other actions.
I know that if you accidentally delete a contact, you can reverse the process, up to 90 days if I’m not mistaken.
It is also usual to export a list of the contacts you want to delete, before performing the removal, to have a backup of them.
