Hi, I can’t work with contact lists at all. Is this a limitation of the free version?

Lists aren’t available in the free versions of HubSpot.

Well, just upgraded - but I still can’t see it… Any idea?

You might want to consider looking at permissions in Settings > Users > Individual User > Marketing > Lists.

This is what it looks like in my environment

We are Professional users.

And as @smarcher18 pointed out, you must have permissions to access these resources.

I am Super-Admin with all rights.

And I really don’t have the list option. Very frustrating. It’s in German, but here is a screenshot:

So sorry, I thought “Marketing Basic”, but wrote ‘starter’.

Lists are available beginning in Marketing Basic.

Again, sorry for adding to your frustration. Sometimes my fingers have a mind of their own. haha
