i want to ask you if it is possible to receive webhook after contact is assigned to contact list. For example deal has property num_associated_contacts on which i can create webhook. Is there something similar for contact and assigned contact list?

Currently, the HubSpot Webhook does not support the notification subscription type when a contact is added to a HubSpot list.
If you have access to workflows, you could trigger a workflow that would then trigger a webhook as documented here
