Connectwise Integration Map Contact Record Type

Hello,

We are have an integration with Connectwise PSA and have all default fields mapped. I’m trying to figure out how to get other information that lives in Connecwise contact and company records back to HubSpot. For example, we use the “Type” field in Connectwise and I don’t see a way to map it to a Hubspot field (even custom).

Depending on the provider, they typically include all relevant information on the page where the integration is listed. If possible, could you share the provider’s name or the link to the page where the integration can be found?

I did not perform the integration, but it is the ConnectWise PSA integration by Hubspot.

Just to confirm, when contacts are synced from ConnectWise, their “Type” property is not being transferred with the record, right? I’ve noticed that usually this property is synced with the “Contact Type” property in HubSpot.

In this case, I would like to know if you have tried syncing with this property and if the issue is that the contact is not updating as expected, or if the system is showing an error when attempting the mapping. If you could share that error, it would be very helpful for us to investigate and find a solution.
