Conditional logic on field options in forms

Hello,

I would like to share a need regarding HubSpot forms.

Today, it is not possible to create conditional logic on the options within a field based on the value selected in another field.

My need is simply to have two fields in a form:

  • a “City” field;
  • a “Product” field.

Depending on the city selected, I would like only the products available in that city to appear in the “Product” field.

Currently, conditional fields only allow you to show or hide an entire field, but not filter the available options within the field itself.

This feature would help:

  • avoid selection errors;
  • simplify forms;
  • improve the user experience;
  • keep CRM data cleaner.
