I am brand new to content creating on HS, like custom forms.
I am wanting to create a custom form that has “option 1 or option 2” at the bottom of the first page, and then link it to jump to a specific spot on the form depending on the option they choose.
What is the easiest way to go about doing this?

As far as I know this is currently not possible with HubSpot forms. HubSpot has however a better feature, dependent form fields. With dependent fields, you can display additional fields based on visitors’ responses to a previous field. (Dependent form fields are Marketing or CMS Hub Professional or Enterprise feature.)
For free or Starter portals, I’m not aware of any workarounds, unfortunately.
