I’m trying to create a report showing how many tickets were closed compaired to prior month. The Compared to is greyed out. The message says “Time period comparisons are only available if the date property displayed matches the property in the required date filter.” I don’t know how to fix this. Help!!

That error message is trying to say that whatever date property you’re using as a date filter for the report must be the same as the one you chose for the x-axis in your visualization.
For example, your report might be filtering for the ticket Create date being last month, but on the x-axis you’re displaying the Close date. HubSpot doesn’t allow that. You would have to make sure that either both the filter and the x-axis use the Creat date or both the Close date.
(The same goes for the custom report builder.)
