in HubSpot UI in the Communications and subscriptions when checking the subscription status you can see the source (image).
It can be for example public API, portal UI etc..
Is there any way to fetch this property via API?

Have you already looked at Get subscription preferences for a specific contact endpoint? Looking at the example response, I see `source` as a returned property. If this isn’t what you are after, please let us know. — Jaycee
