I’m creating this thread to highlight a new beta. There’s now a commenting sidebar in the Campaigns tool that allows you to leave messages, tag in teammates for feedback and collaborate together in-app to execute great marketing without ever leaving HubSpot.
When working on a Campaign in HubSpot, you’ll often have questions, thoughts or feedback you want to share with your team. Switching to a chat or email app to have a discussion can be distracting and interruptive.
So now, you have an integrated commenting capability right inside the campaigns tool, enabling you to collaborate on campaigns with context by tagging teammates in what you’re working on, without interrupting your work.

I like that I can comment on a campaign! Very helpful. The only problem is that it’s completely hidden. I made a comment about how something wasn’t tracked properly in a campaign we’re working on and my teammates have no idea that I have a comment on the campaign. The only way to view it is if they go to make a comment themselves.
I would love it if the fact that there’s a comment that was placed was more visible from the campaign. Even allowing users to set the importance of the comment so that if there’s something important my teammates need to know about a campaign, they will instantly know with an icon or a way to view the comment right from the top of the campaign by the name.
