The middle section of a record should have the ability to collapse/expand. Some of my records have 12+ property lists. All properties are necessary, so deleting isn’t an option. But because there are so many properties, the page can scroll for a long time. It would be great if the middle section could have 2 views: one that is just as it is now, and a second that is similar to the customizaton page, when more blocks visible in a smaller area.

I would also like to see improvements to the middle section of the record page, specifically the ability to collapse and expand property groups.
Some of our records contain 12+ property lists. All of these properties are important to our business processes, so removing them is not a viable option. However, the large number of sections makes records very long and requires a significant amount of scrolling to locate information.
It would be helpful if the middle section offered two viewing modes:
- Standard View – the current layout as it exists today.
- Compact View – a denser layout similar to the record customization screen, allowing more property blocks to be visible within a smaller area.
An expand/collapse option combined with a compact view would make navigating complex records much more efficient while still allowing teams to maintain all of the properties they need for their processes.
This would be especially valuable for CRM administrators and teams managing records with a large number of custom property groups.
