Closed Lost Reason reports

Hi,

I have the free CRM, I’ve added the property "closed lost reason " to the “closed lost” property. Can I create a report for closed lost resaon? The work around I have is by adding the colum to the “closed lost reason” when I’m viewing the pipeline.

Hi @NDooly,

In the free CRM this is unfortunately not possible. Custom reports require a Professional subscription. The Deal index page with an added column, like you have described, is the best approximation.

Hey @NDooly

you cannot create a custom report to add Close lost reason as a dimension

but you can use it as a filter in your current/standard reports.

Also I think you can export your deals view and work this up ad a report in excel too.
