Cloning theme

Hi all,
I am trying to clone a theme that I have created and keep getting this error:
Error
[missing “en-gb.DesignFinderUI.modals.NewThemeWizard.errors.ThemeCreationError.EXTERNAL_DEPENDENCY_ERROR.message” translation]

Have I done something wrong?

Hey, @Julian1936 :waving_hand: I did some digging through old support tickets for this specific error. I found one :upside_down_face: In that case, this warning was triggered because the theme has several files that were in the File Manager (.js files) and not in the Design Manager.

Additionally, because you tagged this as a paid portal (Enterprise), I’d suggest filing a support ticket and include both the full message, screenshots, and links to the original and cloned template. If you’ve already filed a ticket and were directed here, please let me know that as well.

Hi Jaycee,

Thank you for this. It was the fact there there were elements in the file system rather than the theme directly.

I got around it by using the HubSpot CLI to fetch the theme then did my changes and push it back to a new folder.

Regards placing a ticket, I didn’t do that beforehand because I’ve always found the community to be really helpful (as with your response) so I’ve never felt the need to, but if that is the normal practice I will from now on.

My inquiry about the support ticket was more out of curiosity. If there was one filed, I was going to go look for it and add some context based on this thread.
