At the moment, it is possible to clone a drag-and-drop template layout to HTML, then customise it as a coded template. But this is only available for page templates.
It would be nice to have this feature for marketing email templates, as the possibility to add some custom code to an existing marketing email template without having to create one from scratch would be very useful.
