I can’t really explain what’s going on with my Hubspot Sales extension. It seems like the data is being collected from emails, but i’m not able to add prospects (or companies) to Hubspot like i had been able to before.
Every prospect appears to begin as ‘null’ in the extension before changing to a ‘name’ and ‘company’ after i hover over their email. still, when i click the dropdown from ‘company’, i’m only prompted to sign up for ‘Hubspot Pro’. I’ve completely lost the ability to add prospects to hubspot from the extension. i’m not sure if this is an isolated incident or if others might be experiencing the same thing.
Do you mind sharing what version of Chrome and the Chrome extension you are using? Based on the screenshots, it looks like you may be on an older version of the extension. I’d recommend starting by deleting the extension and re-downloading it.
If the issue persists after taking those steps, are you able to capture a video of what you are experiencing? I want to ensure I can see what you are seeing.
