Hi everyone! My name is Hallie, and I’m an Assocaite Program Manager on our CXM team. This post is being marked as ‘not currently planned’ because this is not on the roadmap, but there is some additional context I wanted to share with you all.
While it’s not possible to change the sequence owner, as long as a sequence (and the templates within the sequence) are not private or limited to specific teams, any user should be able to use it. Users can manage their own enrollments and see reporting just for their contacts, even if they don’t “own” the sequence. “Owning” refers to the user who created it, but other users should still be able to use those sequences!
Attached is a screenshot showing where you can locate the ‘actions’ button next to a sequence on the sequence dashboard, then click ‘manage sharing’ to allow other users to use it. I hope this helps!
