I have received a certificate for Digital Marketing, but the language is in Japanese. I need the certificate to be issued to me in English, so that I can utilize it here in America. I have spoken to customer service, but they have not been able to assist me because they say that they do not the tool for it. I am a little confused on that answer.
Can you please help me out?
