Use the change-by source as a filter in workflows-- this would be a handy filter in segmenting actions in workflows.
i saw it’s already included in property export history-- would make a great list and workflow filter for admins trying to understand who’s updating stuff/ vice versa
This would be very valuable. We have an integration with another marketing automation platform which collects data from various (non-Hubspot) webforms and pushes new contacts or changes to existing contacts to our Hubspot instance. We need to know when this integration changes certain key fields so that we can trigger a review of this data. We don’t need to review these if the change was made by another team member or an internal workflow. We just need to monitor for changes made by this integration. Therefore, we need to be able to use the property change source as a trigger or filter in a workflow (or list). Please, please make this available as it’s already being captured in property history.
We have a lot of integrations and want to be able to trigger workflows only on manual updates of properties by users.
we also need this function.
We’d like this as well so we can save API credits and otherwise customize behavior depending upon whether a record was changed by a user within HubSpot or by an automation.
