I am trying to wrap up getting certified, however, when trying to complete the required workflow exercise, I am taken to a page where I either need to upgrade to a marketing hub professional or talk to sales. Do I actually need to pay or is this an error?

You would need a free Marketing Hub Professional trial, which I’m happy to provide you if you’d kindly private message me your Account/Portal ID. Once the trial runs out, you’re not charged for anything.
