Hi Academy team, I completed the Email Marketing Certification, but my certificate shows an incomplete name because I didn’t sign up with my full name. Can you help me update the name on my certificate record? I’d appreciate any steps or options to fix this.

To update the name on your certificate, you’ll want to follow all of these steps:
Change the Name Displayed on a Certification

Hi @STierney I did as you said but after downloading my certificate it still didn’t change to my full name.
