A page already exists at 'http://www.domain_name.com’. To change the URL, please click on the settings tab.
In settings, I have the https://www.domain_name.com address, don’t know anything about an http:// address or setting. Very stuck on something that should be so simple.

Go to Settings (
) > Website > Domains & URLs and ensure that www.domain_name.com is correctly set as the Primary domain. Check if http://www.domain_name.com is listed separately—if so, it may need to be removed or redirected. HubSpot automatically assigns both http:// and https:// to a connected domain, so the http:// version shouldn’t appear as a distinct entry. If it does, try removing it and making sure that www.domain_name.com is the only version listed to avoid any conflicts.
To help isolate the issue, could you provide more details or screenshots of the Domains & URLs settings and the exact error message you’re seeing? This will help determine whether the issue is related to domain setup, redirects, or something else within HubSpot.
Hi @JGreenfield, I’ve seen this issue when trying to publish a website with the same URL as another website that already exists in HubSpot, doesn’t matter if it’s published or not.
For example, if you create a draft website page under the URL domain_name.com/my-new-page and later on you try to create a new page using the same URL, the error you described will appear.
I recommend you searching for any website page that already exists under the URL you want to use. It might be a page you drafted long time ago and it has been forgotten

I was wrestling with an issue with the site (just published a week or so ago) and had a friend re-do it. So this sounds possible. I’ll poke around with this in mind. I thought he was just editing the existing page and couldn’t understand why the changes could be updated. Where would I find (and delete?) the original page? Wouldn’t it show up here?
