I finished up the videos and passed the exam for Inbound Marketing. The option to view my certification is not there.

Hi @Liam_MacComack We addressed an issue yesterday that was preventing certifications from showing. Are you able to see them now? Please let me know.

i completed the training videos on content marketing and passed my exams since 5th of october but up to this moment i have not been able to access my certificate. please help..

What certificate are you trying to access? What email address did you complete the certification with?
Do you have any screenshots showing you completed it?
Additionally, can you please send along screenshots of what you see under the “tracks” tab when you search for the specific certification you’re looking for, and the “team” tab within your learning center?
I used the email address: Mirrorprojectsltd@gmail.com, like I earlier stated in my first message, I completed the training videos and exam on the course titled Content Marketing, I tried to screenshot the email I received from hubspot saying that I am certified, with the broken link to download to my certificate but i can’t find it in my huspot account notification box. I have the Google sheets from gunshot containing the transcript of my exam and score (which i scored 41/60 and would be glad to upload it but there seems to be no provision for attaching files to conversations on the hubspot community. I will also gladly forward the mail to you if I had your email address. As earlier stated, my email address is Mirrorprojectsltd@gmail.com, and the course in question is the certified content marketer (I am yet to receive my certificate since 5th of October.
I apologize. I did not study ur response and consequently didn’t heed to your advice. I did check the tracks section of the course as directed and I was able to download my certificate. Thank you so very much for your guidance. I am very grateful
