I’ve been using the gmail extension to track email opens for several months and love it.
Now I’ve moved to a new notebook and the Hubspot Logo in Gmail is greyed out, asking me to log in.
However when I do login, I just get redirected to the Hubspot Dashboard on a new tab but nothing changes in Gmail - the extension is still not active and I can’t send tracked emails.
Any suggestions ?
I’ve already contacted the support but no response..
But as you can see, most of them are disabled.. you think that can have an impact ?
When I go and login from my Gmail (the Hubspot logo in the upper right corner) a new tab opens, I login using my Gmail account - and see the 1st tab with Gmail reload, but after that it asks me to login again (when I click on the logo)
Hey @McCloud I can confirm that Ghostery is the most likely cause of your issue. I followed up with Product and Support here at HubSpot and they confirmed that the most common issue for this behaviour is due to a conflict with Ghostery.
Can you please disable this extension and let me know if you still have difficulty?
My Email ID has been deactivated after sending just few eamils (May be 10 or 15) . From past 10 days talking to your sales representative for the support but not taking any technical support. Followed the instruction of setting IMAP 143/993 and SMTP 465/587 but still does not work. Until email works and I gain the trust on HubSpot why would I buy the subscription to get the technical support.
Could someone help me on this from HubSpot. If you give me your email ID I can share the document which has the steps I am following and the error
