Cannot Download Completed Inbound Certificate

Hi Community,

I’m having trouble downloading my Inbound certificate from Hubspot academy. When I click into “view certification” the “download certificate” button is greyed out. Does anyone know how I can download my certificate?

Thanks for reaching out! We’re sorry to hear that. Can you please send over a HAR file of the issue? You can DM it to me if you’d like! Additionally, once you’ve collected that, can you pleae try refreshing the page to see if that does the trick?

Hi @VBTake3,

Thanks for reaching out! I reached out to the Academy team about this and asked if there was a way for users to do this automatically without having to reach out to us every time! Due to new privacy measures on our end, we no longer offer a link to the certification once you are ready to download it. The new process will entail you to download the certificate to your computer and then upload it to Linkedin directly from the platform using the ‘upload image’ option.
