I am new to the community and relatively new to Hubspot still. I use the free version on a PC using Firefox 131.0.3 64-bit.
My problem is that I appear to have unwittingly set an advanced filter in contacts which I cannot now get rid of. See screen grab. Has anyone else encountered this and, if so, what is the solution please?
Whenever I open Contacts I see no contacts listed despite my having several hundred stored. As may be seen from the screen grab this is because one advanced filter has been applied. If I click on the Advanced Filter tab it identifies the advanced filter as ‘Group 1’ and ‘hs_marketable_status’. (I have no recollection of setting this but I accept that I may have done so in error.) This is accompanied by the message: ‘hs_marketable_status is any of true. This criteria couldn’t be found. It may have been deleted.’
Naturally, I have tried deleting the filter using the delete icon. I have also clicked on the message to open the ‘Edit’ function and tried deleting it that way. I have also tried deleting the ‘true’ filter that appears in the sub-menu (see screen grab). I have also attempted to locate ‘hs_marketable_status’ anywhere in any sub-menu and drawn a blank.
In every case, once I have deleted the filter I am then able to see all of my contacts - but only until the next time I log-in or click ‘refresh’. Then the advanced filter pops up again and prevents me from seeing all contacts.
Any help much appreciated. (Note: I am in the UK (London time) so forgive me if I do not respond to replies promptly.)
