Hi, I’m a Super Admin on portal 243341266 (free tools) and I cannot create any API credentials.
Creating a Private App (Settings > Integrations > Private Apps, shown as Legacy Apps) fails with “Something went wrong… Please try again or contact support.”
Creating a Service Key (Settings > Integrations > Service Keys, named “Popstarz Muse”, all 167 available scopes granted) fails identically: “Something went wrong while creating your service key. Please try again or contact support.”
This reproduces on mobile Safari and desktop Chrome (MacBook), and in a clean browser session — it is portal-side, not browser-related.
There is no support ticket channel on free tools (HubBot confirms community-only support), so I’m posting here. Can someone from HubSpot check the provisioning on portal 243341266? Private apps are documented as supported on free portals, so this looks like a backend defect.
