I am unable to connect my registered .cr website. I contatcted the domain provider about being able to add the CNAME and other info to the DNS, and they responded “You must tell the hosting that the DNS must already be configured in order to be able to place them on the domains.cr site since NIC Costa Rica has no way to configure them.” How do I proceed?
I went through Cloudflare to manage the DNS and was able to connect it to HubSpot.
