My company is moving to hubspot from Salesforce so this question may make sense for those of you who know…
Is it possible to adjust object views or are we limited to the 3 column views?
Also with navigation, i couldn’t see where to adjust…

If you’re referring to the record pages in HubSpot being split into left sidebar, middle section, right sidebar, then no, this layout cannot be changed. You can change what’s displayed within but you cannot remove any of them entirely.
As of now, the navigation cannot be changed either, no. However, other users have requested this before: https://community.hubspot.com/t5/HubSpot-Ideas/Customizable-Navigation-Bar/idi-p/921614

so navigation and object view in 3-columns are standard and not customizable.
How ever:
- you can have bookmarks in the menu to add your most-used sections.
- regarding record customization you can customize the information to show in each column and we can also add/develop custom card to show other non-standard information available.
Let me know if you need help with the migration and with the customization as we have a lot of experience with Salesforce clients.
