Ability to look at the month and see what sequences are scheduled. Or any type of calendar view to collaborate on content - for example, a calendar view with proposed sequences for this month, and people can collaborate on the content (body of email, proposed audience, subject line, etc) + get tasks assigned to them. You can also do this with marketing content, social media content, any content really.
I think it applies especially well for sequences because the automatic follow ups are extremely difficult to schedule. “3 day delay” is a lot more brain work and confusing then selecting “july 10”, and seeing an overall calendar view is a lot easier for the company to get a grasp on what’s being worked on + scheduled
Could you be so kind to deliver the function where the users can see the dates of scheduled sequences in the calendar view? It is much easier to see and manage them in terms of planning in this visual form.
Absolutely agree! Because there is a limitation on how many emails we can send per day using a specific email account, it’s often necessary to spread sequences over several days. Without a calendar view it’s very difficult to plan the sequences ahead of time.
I would 100% use calendar view for sequences! It would be useful for teams to be able to view all of their scheduled sequences for the month to ensure that too many emails aren’t going out on one day.
I know you can already go to the scheduled sequences tab, but you’d have to sit there and count each page to see how many aare going out on a specific day which takes up time.
Thanks for sharing this idea. Reading through the idea and comments, it sounds like there are two similar ideas here:
1. A calendar view similar to marketing campaigns to plan outreach at a company level. This sort of view is not currently planned. This is because sequences are meant to be ongoing assets, rather than scheduling a step for all contacts on a particular day.
2. A calendar view for users to see how many sends they’ve scheduled each day to avoid going over their inbox limits. We’ve recently delivered a solution for this problem. You can learn more about the update here.
