I am trying to create a field with calculated property in my Custom Builder report, but I need some advice on how to write the formula.
I need to calculate the ratio of a deal property (Appointment=Y) against all deals.
The custom property is “Appointment” and needs to be equal to Yes /all deals count*100

Could you please elaborate what property type ‘Appointment’ is? It sound like this is not a number property.
Do I understand correctly, if you have 100 deals, and 50 of those have value like TRUE for your ‘Appointment’ property, that each of those should display 2%? (May I ask why? What’s the overall reporting question you’re trying to answer? Having a column where all deals with the same property value show the same % doesn’t seem to yield any analytical value.)

Reading between the lines, it sounds like you want to create a report formula field and not a calculated property - the former creates calculated values to be used in reports the latter is a property that lives on every object record.
If it is indeed the former, you need to:
Count all deals with “Yes”/count of all deals and output as percentage
