Would it be possible to bypass the verification process for e-signatures in quotes? We had one client who did not receive the verification email in any kind of timely fashion after he clicked on the “Verify to Sign” button at the end of a quote…by the time he received it and saw it, the verification was no longer valid. He ended up having to print the quote, sign it, scan it and email it back to us.
I understand the importance but when situations like this one arise, it would be nice to be able to forgo the normal process.
Thank you!
Currently, in order for a contact to sign a quote, they must verify their email/receive the quote via email. I understand that this process makes sense when it comes to obtaining a quote signature from contacts electronically. However, in instances where we are interacting with the contact face-to-face, it would be great if we had the ability to obtain their signature directly on our device (such as an iPad) and surpass the entire email quote/email verification process altogether. In situations, such as in-person events, this would be a huge time saver and far less hassle!
