Which SMTP server provider is best for sending bulk email? Help me to compare top providers based on email delivery, speed, pricing, and reliability to choose the right one for your bulk email needs.
Hi @OtissMilburnn,
Could you share a bit more about your use case? Are you planning to send bulk emails directly through HubSpot, or will you be using an external SMTP service for other platforms or campaigns?
Hi @OtissMilburnn ,
Here’s a quick breakdown between SMTP2GO and SMTPget :
SMTP2GO: More reliable, better deliverability, tracking, and 24/7 support. Ideal for high-volume, serious use.
SMTPget: Cheaper and simpler, but fewer features and not as well-known.
If performance matters, go with SMTP2GO. If you’re on a tight budget, SMTPget can work for lighter use.
You could also consider Hubspot, SendGrid, Mailgun, or Amazon SES; they’re all great for bulk email with scalable plans.
When evaluating any provider, keep these key factors in mind based on AI suggestions:
- High Deliverability: Make sure they help your emails land in the inbox, not spam.
- Good Speed: Can they handle your email volume quickly?
- Reliability: Do they have solid uptime and infrastructure?
- Fair Pricing: Does it fit your budget for your email volume?
- Strong Support: Can you get help when you need it?
- Clear Analytics: Can you track how your emails are performing?
As @GiantFocal mentioned, feel free to share more about your use case, email volume, and platform name. Happy to tailor the recommendation further!
@ArisudanTiwari another reminder to add a disclaimer to content generated with / assisted by AI, required as per the community guidelines. https://community.hubspot.com/t5/Getting-Started-on-the-Community/HubSpot-Community-Guidelines/ba-p/384050
Hi @karstenkoehler ,
I always try to follow the community guidelines closely, and it’s possible I missed adding an AI disclaimer in that particular response. Thanks for pointing it out, and I appreciate your attention to detail.
That said, I’ve noticed that several other users often post AI-generated content without disclaimers, and I haven’t seen similar comments on those posts. It would be great if similar feedback could be shared across the board so everyone is equally aware of the guidelines.
Just to clarify, I’m not suggesting that you’re targeting me personally, but I do hope the same level of attention and consistency is applied to all community members.
Thanks again for your continued efforts in the community, and have a great day ahead!
Best regards,
Arisudan Tiwari
@ArisudanTiwari and @HSingh46 thank you for your reply and the kind words. Whenever I find content that I’m sure was created using generative AI, I flag it via the three dots in the top right corner. Regarding the same level of attention and consistency; this is a community effort, managed by the @CommunityTeam – for any concerns, I’d recommend reaching out to them directly.

Just wanted to flag this so the community team can take a look as well and ensure guidelines are being applied consistently.
Also, @karstenkoehler, just curious (and impressed!) how you’re always available and so quick to respond in the community. It’s amazing how consistent and helpful your contributions are. If you ever get a chance to share how you manage your time between work and community support, I think a lot of us would love to learn from your approach!
Thanks again for all you do!
Hi @karstenkoehler ,
I completely agree with @HSingh46 - would love to know your secret!
You’ve consistently been a top contributor in the community, always quick to answer with such depth and clarity. It honestly feels like you’re available 24/7! Everyone knows you’re the “Master Blaster” of the HubSpot Community, and it’s really impressive how you’ve stayed at the top of the leaderboard for so long.
Apart from your consulting work, how do you find the time to help so many people here, day after day? If you’re open to sharing, I think a lot of us would be inspired to learn how you balance everything so well.
Also, I’d like to suggest that the Community Manager consider arranging a live session or webinar with @karstenkoehler and other top contributors. It would be incredibly valuable for all community members to learn from his experience, time management techniques, and tips for writing high-quality, helpful responses.
A session like this could really help us grow as contributors and better support others in the HubSpot ecosystem. Just an idea, but I’m sure many of us would love to join!
Thanks again for everything you do!
