Right now, there is no cross-page “select all items” banner that would allow you to select beyond the knowledge base articles appearing in the view. Of course, you can expand the view to 100, but not beyond that. We need to make bulk changes beyond the first 100 articles, and it gets very confusing having to do this in 100-article increments. Please add this basic functionality, which is already in place in several other areas of the platform.

This is exactly the pain point I ran into too — once your KB is large, there’s no good way to do bulk operations across more than what’s visible on one page.
I built a free app called KB Workflow Manager that addresses this. It syncs all your articles into a dashboard where you can select across pages and bulk publish, unpublish, or archive — with a 7-day undo safety net.
