We’ve had an employee leave so we want to transfer all his contacts to another member of staff and make another person secondary contact. Is there a way of doing that? It might be we can only change the primary contact which is still time-saving!

That’s certainly possible with the bulk edit option in HubSpot.
You simply do the following:
:
- Go to the contact view and filter contacts by the contact owner who has left
- Then you select all those contacts, make sure to tick the “select all records” prompt in the blue bar.
- Then click edit
- Select the contact owner properties you want to change
That’s it. All your records have been re-assigned.
