i would love a way to be able to bulk archive files so that i dont have to do them one by one.

Absolutely need this! It works for landing pages and emails, we really need this for file managment.
I would think that Hubspot would want us to do this in bulk since images take up so much space. We have been on HubSpot since 2013 and have a lot of history. I can’t go in one by one and archive hundreds of images. Please add this feature.
Under Files and All Types; Add a dropdown that states: This file is not used anywhere in live CMS content. Give the option to select all or a few and either archive or delete.

We’re currently doing a big clean-up of our Hubspot and have tonnes of items in the Files area that are very old and outdated. We do not want to fully delete everything right now, but after speaking to Hubst support I’ve been told the only way to archive them is to go into each item individually and archive that way.
It would be extremely useful to have a bulk archive option to help with this as you can with other areas of Hubspot already.
In addition to my original post, we have now found this same functionality is missing from forms too, with the only options being to bulk delete, or to manually move each individual form into an archive folder we’ve created.
Ideally, all areas of Hubspot would have an archive area and the option to bulk move things to it.

OMG… Yes please!
We have just let go a team member and the mess they have left behind is insane! Hundreds of the same image or file uploaded with multiple varations of the same name, may somehow linked to published articles. Until we can find and replace them all, the ablity to archive in bulk would quite literally save our team WEEKS in tidying this mess
