Would love to see a few additions to the Redtail integration support:
1. Better support for two-way syncs of all email, phone, and address types (work, personal, home, etc.)
2. The ability to sync and associate other object types, such as accounts, notes, activities, etc.
3. More segment controls and filters to qualify records that are eligible for the sync.
4. Advanced mapping controls with broader support. Maybe even add in mapping options for UDFs in Redtail.
