I would love a way to filter out bounced emails from other Hubspot accounts. Right now we can’t add people to a sequence becuase their email bounced, but there’s no way to do it until after we try to add the people to the sequence.

Bounces occur at the time of sending. HubSpot doesn’t know beforehand whether an email is valid or not.
However, there are service providers which have specialised on checking whether addresses are valid, email validation tools, such as Verifalia, Kickbox, Neverbounce, Zerobounce, Emailhippo. Validation is generally cheap and some of these tools integrate directly with HubSpot.
That’s how you sort out the bad addresses before you send.
