I have 160 Services for different Areas for Women offering in my salon.

All of the Services can just be booked Online and all the appointments are registered within a different Booking Software and saved.

I have the API for the SQL Database where all Informations are stored.

After the Booking i want all Informations Synced with the API to Hubspot.

Informations to be syned to each individual Contact are following informations:

Status: Booked or Sheduled or Cancelled

Booked on 14.12.2023

Appointment Date : 15.12.2023

Apointment Time: 08:00-08:20

Confirmed: Yes

Service Choosen: Beaury Service A

Duration : 20 Minutes

Appointment booked with : XY NAME ← Employee

Price: 19€

These Services are booked from my Customers for example every 4 Weeks and i need to see everyhting straight.

I want to see all Appointments and Bookings in the Contact Overview or Activities.

What is the best way to start to develope the API Integration into which Menu so i can later also do some analysis which customer bring best Value, which Customer has how many appointments and also which customer didnt come long time.

What are the Steps for these and how to prepare Services and Properties perfectly in Hubspot.

We are extremely fast growing and i lost controll over my Customers, need to find a way to have a clear overview what is happening with my Customers and find a way to focus more on Hubspot Data and automatisations.

  • How are you going to set up or handle the middleware?
  • Research the triggers and frequency needed for your data sync
  • Set up your middleware to handle the data transformation between SQL and the required format in HubSpot
  • Consider how you’ll monitor and maintain your system
  • Consider adding error logging and handling
