Hi! Our organization created a workflow in HubSpot. Our recipients received this "BE CAREFUL WITH THIS MESSAGE" big yellow sign displayed in our emails. How to get rid of this? Thank you!

Hi @JDePaz,

This is common practice: IT departments want to make sure that external emails are marked as such. While this notice / sign might seem a bit extreme, it works as intended. Since it’s setup by the receiving side of the email, it cannot be changed from within HubSpot.

Hi! Thank you. I was just looking for options if this can be removed but thanks anyway for the information. Guess 'will just have to stick with this.
