BCC E-mails in workflow

Hi

Ok I have a sold e-mail that goes out to customers and we bcc trustpilot who then send a 2nd e-mail 1 day later. That way if a customer leaves a review it’s a verified review on Trustpilot.

Can i do this in HubSpot? If so where can’t seem to do it as part of the e-mail build itself and likewise can’t find anywhere in the workflow this can go.

In my defence i’m at the end of a very long Hubspot project and this may be one of the last things on the list and i’m tired now!!!

Please can anyone suggest a solution. We have Sales and Marketing Pro, Ops Hub and Transactional e-mails bolt on.

Right now I think the e-mail is built in marketing but I’ve just added the transactional bolt on today.

Can anyone help?

I think here might help sending a Transactional email from Custom Coded action, where you can include BCC when the email is sent.

Thanks Darian that has actually helped with some of the other workflow e-mails but I fear may take me a while to add to all!!!

The trustpilot one however they conviniently launched a new Hubspot Integration so that’s one off my ist for the day.
